Penis extender safety is most important thing to consider when purchasing a penis extender.

When you unpack your penis extender you will see a piece that fits over the base of the penis. This piece should have two traction rods firmly attached.
The traction rods are adjustable by tuning them clockwise and anti clockwise.
The second part to your penis extender has two holes at its base designed to slide onto the top of the two adjustable traction rods.
The third and last part of your extender is a tube. The tube slots into two holes at the top of the second part of your extender.
Don't worry if you have spare parts these will be extra traction rod extenders that you can apply as your penis increases in size. Adjust the traction rods to a small enough length so that the head of the penis can slightly overlap the second part of the extender when the rods are pushed under pressure.
It is very important that the penis is not stretched until the tension is released.
Before you release the tension on the traction rods slide the third part of the extender the tube over the head of the penis and lock the tube into the allocated slots on the back of the extender.
Make sure the tube is tight enough so the head of your penis doesn't slip out but not to tight that you restrict blood flow to the head of the penis.
If you experience any pain or the head of your penis changes colour then you either have the tube to tight or there is to much tension applied to the traction rods.
Remove the device and rest the penis for 30 minutes then try again.
When you get it right you should be able to wear you extender for several hours a day without experiencing any pain.
It is important to increase tension a small amount each week.
If you apply to much tension to quickly you will experience pain and possible bruising of the penis.
