THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS OR
THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS
ENTIRELY WITH CUSTOMER.
NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT
PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.

Return / Refund Policy
If your order has been unopened & unused you can chance your mind.
You have 7 days to return the your order to us, we will refund your money minus postage charges.
You will find a full returns address with your order. If you can not find this please send your order to

We advise that you use a recorded delivery service.
After 7 Days
If you change your mind after 7 days and your order has been unopened & unused
we will happily take the product back and issue you with a credit note up to the same value.
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods we do not refund used items unless they are faulty.
Faulty items that have been used will not be accepted if returned by post.
This is to comply with Royal Mail prohibited items policy.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
If we suspect that the goods have been used
or any of the above conditions are not met
then we will return the
goods to you.
In the interest of hygiene, we reserve the right to dispose of any
returned items we suspect have been used.
Orders cancelled or returned/refunded in full are charged a £3.50 handling charge.
These
Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory
rights.
Delivery Information
Delivery charges are calculated on a per-order basis. Free delivery applies to orders over £40
Although we send all orders within 24 hours sometimes there are problems beyond our control. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your merchandise.
Mistakes & Errors
Although we check our web site ona regular basis for mistakes and errors sometimes they do occur.
We are only human after all. In the event that our web site has a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and not to fulfill the order.
